Isabel Kerr – Family Solicitor
Isabel is a solicitor in our family law team and works on all aspects of private family law including:
- Advising on child arrangement disputes including child contact, child relocation and parentage;
- Drafting, reviewing and advising on contentious and non-contentious agreements such as cohabitation agreements, parenting plans and separation agreements;
- Advising on financial remedy matters including assistance in negotiations as well as representation through ancillary proceedings;
- Assistance and advice in injunctive relief proceedings such as non-molestation orders and occupation orders.
Isabel also often advises on divorce matters with an international element including where there is an issue with serving the respondent.
Isabel has particular experience in complex children matters and has supported clients through such matters in both alternative dispute resolution and litigation.
