Isabel Kerr – Trainee Solicitor
Isabel Kerr joined Consilia Legal in August 2021 as a paralegal. She commenced her training contract in January 2024 and is currently working in the Family law team, having recently finished her seat in the Employment Team.
Isabel holds an undergraduate degree in Law from the University of Liverpool and completed her Legal Practice Course at Leeds Law School in June 2023.
Isabel assists the team in all aspects of private family law including:
- Divorce matters;
- Civil partnership dissolution;
- Financial settlements;
- Child arrangements;
- Separation agreements;
- Pre and postnuptial agreements;
- Cohabitation agreements;
- Cohabitee disputes;
- Injunctive relief;
- Change of name.
Isabel is often advising and supporting clients at Court and frequently assisting the team in complex children matters involving safeguarding concerns and children with additional needs. Isabel is also keen in expanding her knowledge in complex financial matters.
