Claire has practised in family divorce for several years, dealing with high net worth and finance cases and complex children’s cases.
Claire completed her law degree in Leeds with first-class honours, having previously enjoyed a successful career in the financial industry. Claire completed the legal practice course with a distinction.
Claire specialises in all areas of family law including the following:

• Financial settlements, including complex and high net worth cases.
• Children disputes (including cases of parental alienation, external and internal relocation)

• Injunctive relief including non-molestation order and occupation orders.
Claire is a member of Resolution (an organisation that is made up of family professionals who are committed to the constructive resolution of family matters). Claire attained a Resolution Accreditation after an extensive period of study in complex high net worth finance cases and private children’s cases and is now an accredited member of Resolution.
Claire has experience in dealing with complex children matters but her main area of expertise being high net worth finance cases, including those with a number of properties and businesses.
Claire works hard to achieve the outcome that the clients are seeking and offers clear and realistic advice throughout to ensure that her clients have an ongoing understanding of their cases and the likely outcome.
