Kieran Conlon – Employment Solicitor
Kieran is a solicitor in our employment law team and works across the full spectrum of employment law including:
- Advising on bringing and defending employment tribunal claims, including unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing.
- Drafting, reviewing and advising on contracts of employment, director’s service agreements, restrictive covenants, company policies and handbooks.
- Advising on settlement negotiations and drafting settlement agreements.
- Advising corporate clients on issues including grievances, disciplinaries, sickness and capability procedures, and termination of employment.
- Advising on employment protection issues including redundancy and TUPE transfers.
Kieran advises employers and employees alike and aims to deliver pragmatic, commercial and cost-effective solutions. He is also a member of the Employment Lawyer’s Association.
