Discussions that take place in family mediation are confidential, in legal terms “Without Prejudice” however all financial disclosure exchanged is open which means that you can show the documentation to your solicitors and seek legal advice in between the mediation sessions.

We also offer mediation to assist with determining provisions of pre and post-marital/civil partnership documents. In our experience parties often prefer the more discursive forum of mediation than traditional solicitor based methods.
