Zara Rafiq – Solicitor, Family Law
Zara studied Law and went on to complete her LLM Legal Practice Course at Leeds Law School. Zara started the firm as a Paralegal in August 2017 and commenced her training contract in December 2019 with Consilia Legal. Zara qualified as a Family Solicitor in September 2021.
Zara advises and assists individuals in all aspects of private family law including: –
- Divorce Matters;
- Civil partnership dissolution;
- Financial settlements;
- Child Arrangements;
- Separation agreements;
- Pre and postnuptial agreements;

Zara is a member of Resolution and she abides by a Code of Practice and is committed to the constructive resolution of family issues.
When Zara is not working she enjoys spending time with family and friends. Zara enjoys baking and often brings in desserts for her colleagues (she is our star baker!). Zara also likes to partake in activities such as GoApe, Trampoline parks & Escape rooms.
